Dance Major Auditions
Auditions to be accepted as a dance major in the dance program are held each year on the last Saturday of September and the last Saturday of January, from 1:00-5:00pm in the South Arena studio in the dance building on the UNM campus. The audition consists of ballet, modern, flamenco, and improvisation. Each participant will also show a one minute work of their own choreography or an excerpt of a piece they have performed in the past, followed by a short interview with the dance audition committee.
