Student Residence Center (SRC)

The Student Residence Center is a 14-building co-ed complex, comprising 84 apartments with 6 single bedrooms each. The SRC complex is popular because of its central location and its exterior court-style front and rear entrances. Students often request to live with a group of friends in this high-demand, modern environment. SRC is located near La Posada Dining Hall, Johnson Field and the SRC Commons Building. SRC offers two Special Living Options: Senior/Graduate Wing and freshman Living Learning Communities.

  • Bedrooms are furnished with bed, desk & chair, chest of drawers and bookcase
  • Each bedroom is individually air-conditioned, and keyed for privacy and security
  • Free cable TV

  • Shared laundry facilities
  • Accessibility for disabled persons
  • Non-smoking
  • On-campus parking (optional)

All resident halls are co-ed, men and women living separately in halls, floors, suites or sections of a building.  Men and women do not share suites or apartments at UNM.
