Student Family Housing (SFH) offers four basic floor plans:

• The single-story "flats" have one or two bedrooms.  The flats include a living and dining area, kitchen, bath, and a porch or balcony.
• The two-story "townhouses have two or three bedrooms.  The townhouses include a living and dining area, kitchen, half-bath, and porch or balcony.  A full bathroom is located upstairs.  Three bedroom townhouses include a bedroom on the lower level.
• In most townhouses, the lofted master bedroom has a view of the living area below.

Amenities

• Electricity, gas, water, and garbage are included in the rent.
• Heating and airconditioning units are individually controlled.
• The kitchen has wood cabinets, a lift-off cook top range, refrigerator and a stainless steel sink with a garbage disposal.
• All apartments have linen storage, wardrobe closet space and an outdoor balcony or patio.

*  Furniture and drapes are not provided.  Tenants pay additional for cable, internet, and telephone service.

Pet Policy

No animals are permitted.

(Exception for canaries, parakeets, and fish).
