Student family housing offers four basic floor plans:

• Two-story, 2-bedroom "townhouse" with living/dining room, kitchen, half-bath, and porch/balcony on lower level; 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs
• Two-story, 3-bedroom "townhouse" with living/dining room, kitchen, half-bath, and 1 bedroom, on lower level; 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs
• Single-story "flats" with 1 bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen, 1 bath, and small porch/balcony
• Single-story "flats" with 2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, 1 bath, and small porch/balcony

In most units, the master bedroom overlooks the living area below from a quarter-wall loft. Furniture and drapes are not included.

• Linen storage and closet space
• Asphalt tile floors
• All wood (walnut) kitchen cabinets with laminated plastic counters
• A gas oven with lift-off cooktop, range hood, and fan
• Refrigerator, stainless steel sink, and in-sink garbage disposal

Pet Restrictions
Cats and dogs are not allowed. Canaries, parakeets and fish are acceptable.
