How to Store Your Stuff

We have a limited amount of storage available for personal belongings over the summer or semester breaks.

  • You may store a maximum of 5 boxes (18" by 20" by 12") or other articles.
  • Box and tape shut any stored item.
  • Print your full name and mailing address clearly on each item.
  • No TVs, computers, paper or plastic sacks, open boxes, or similar storage containers will be accepted.
  • You cannot store combustible materials (paint, fuel, etc.)
  • Items such as skis, bicycles, rooftop carriers, or other hard to box items may be stored if space permits and if prior approval is granted from the housing department.
  • Unclaimed items left in storage for more than 6 months will either be shipped at your expense to the name and address appear on the carton, or will be discarded.
  • To store items, check with the Lead Housekeeper for available space before bringing storage boxes to the linen room in your hall.
  • There is no storage available for the apartment units
