• Just call Resnet when you have questions and concerns about the computer you've brought from home.
• If you need access to a computer, Resnet computer POD can provide one for you!

Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Custodians and maintenance technicians are assigned to each residence hall to provide optimum cutomer service.
• Housekeeping is responsible for keeping the public areas of all residence halls clean.
• Just place a work order when you have a maintenance or housekeeping request.

Room Extras!

• Easy to rent refrigerators and micro-fridge units.
• Request furnishings including bunk beds in double rooms and loft kits in Redondo Village Apartments to maximize your space.
• Activate a telephone landline in your room for free.
• Request an immediate lock change when you report a missing key.

Inspections & Fees

You will not be charged when you request maintenance or housekeeping work for a problem that's normal wear.

Emergency Maintenance

• The SRC emergency maintenance desk is always open 24 hours a day.
