Facilities Policies
All University and Residence Hall policies and regulations must be observed, including those governing alcohol. The sponsoring organization is responsible for all aspects of the scheduled event. The Conference Manager must confirm cancellations prior to the event. Cancellation of the event may result in forfeiture of fees.
Scheduling
During the regular academic year, facilities are scheduled through Conference Services. All conferences and meetings should be booked by phone or email, followed by a Facility Use Agreement.Facilities Use Fee
Organizations not affiliated with UNM must pay all facility fees 10 days prior to the function or event. UNM departments and recognized student groups must make payment through a UNM purchase requisition or a Banner number.
