Regular meal service hours are set for all groups as shown below. Exceptions are sometimes made to maximize quick meal service and accessibility for all groups.

Meal hours may be extended when attendance is high at the discretion of Conference and Dining Services and will involve no additional charge to the conference group. Extended meal hours for any group, for the convenience of that group, can be arranged at an additional charge of $100.00 per half hour. We recommend that larger groups arrange to eat either in staggered groups or at non-peak meal service hours, if their schedule permits.
Meal Service Regulations
- Regular meal service hours and rates are in effect Monday through Friday while summer school is in session.
- Regular meal service hours and rates are in effect on weekends during the summer school sessions when the total number of people contracting food service exceeds 250 guaranteed guests.
- Non-standard meal rates are in effect on weekends during the summer school session when the total number of people contracting food service is between 100 and 250 guaranteed guests.
- Non-standard rates also apply during periods outside of the summer school session when pre-approved, regardless of the number of people contracted for food service.
- La Posada will not be open for service on weekends when the contracting number of guests is below 100 people. We will be glad to accommodate guests on these weekends through our catering service.
- Weekend service dates will be pre-determined in the late Spring prior to the summer season contracted.
- Holiday meal service is not provided.
