Whether you need breakfast, break service, bag lunches, or a banquet, our catering staff can meet your needs. We can accommodate your special diets, such as vegetarian, kosher, or diabetic menus. Catering is scheduled independently from conference services, but let us know your needs and we'll assist with planning.

• For the best service to our guests, catering arrangements are made directly with our catering department, per the Catering Menu. The Catering Menu is subject to change; we work from the most current version. To schedule catering directly, please call (505) 277-7880.
• Catering arrangements will be approved, together with your group representative, by the catering office. Groups will receive one final contract from the Conference Services office that incorporates all catering arrangements.
• The single invoice generated at the end of your group's stay will include all catering fees.
• For catering events taking place in Residence Hall facilities, including La Posada, schedule facility space through the Conference Office.
