Description: 
The College of Nursing is a fully accredited component of the distinguished University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. With over 50 years of service, the College of Nursing constitutes a vital resource for the State of New Mexico by maintaining a full range of superior programs in traditional areas while addressing the special needs of a highly diverse population with thoughtfully designed programs to make nursing education available to everyone in the state.
Master's Concentrations: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Community Health, Dual Degree Program, Family Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Administration, Nursing Education, Nurse-Midwifery, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Post Master's Certificate: This mechanism offers students who hold a master's degree in nursing an opportunity to specialize in an area of nursing not covered in their initial master's program.

Fall: March 15 M.S.N. --- NADM, NUED, COMH
Spring: October 15 M.S.N. --- NADM, NUED, COMH
Summer: January 15 FNP; Priority for ACNP(final 2/15)
   October 1 Priority for Midwifery (final 1/15)
Comment:
Pediatric Nurse Practioner (PNP) application is currently not available. Certificate (NURCP-NURS) has the same deadlines as the MSN.
