The Educational Leadership Program has a range of curricular options for students interested in educational leadership careers, with concentrations available at the Master's and Ed.S. levels in
- School Leadership toward Administrative Licensure for those who want to become principals as well as those who want to assume other leadership positions in PK-12 schools and districts,
- Instructional Leadership for educators desirous of focusing on leadership for curricular and instructional improvement: curriculum directors, instructional coaches, program coordinators, and
- Leadership for Community and Organizational Learning for those who want to pursue leadership outside of the PK-12 venue: in higher education institutions, community agencies, and community action groups.
In addition, we offer a Doctorate in Educational Leadership through a cohort learning community. This applied Ed.D. is designed to help educational leaders further their knowledge and practice in a variety of leadership contexts.
Our M.A. and Ed.S. options include either an administrative internship or a practicum to facilitate the application of course learning to educational leadership contexts
