This annual conference focuses on the contributions of African Americans to the past, present, and future of the state of New Mexico. We invite students from high schools and colleges throughout the state, as well as members of the African American community in Albuquerque and throughout the state.

William "Bill" Rhoden will be speaking on March 1, 2008 at 10:00 am in the Student Union Building Ballrooms. Tickets are $10 per person and $100 per table. A book signing will follow in the Universtiy of New Mexico's Bookstore.
